hey were very friendly and helpful in assisting me. The recipient told me she loved them and they were beautiful and that's all that mattered. The only issue I had was they spelled her last name wrong. The arrangement was beautiful but I wish they would have spelled her last name correctly. Tedder not Chedder.

This is why we always send a copy of the order to you as the sender before delivery so that we may catch these issues. I apologize that this was not caught.
