Library Quest

Adventure awaits at the library! Stop in each week to complete a quest - and collect prizes along the way! All quests can be completed in the library or its front yard.

• June 3-8 - Sign up, receive a bag
  
  
• June 10-15 - National Ball Point Pen Day is upon us! Find a piece of artwork in the CFAC that has a pen in it, then tell a librarian the name of the piece for your prize.
  
  
• June 17-22 - Torbie took a walkabout in the library to celebrate National Mascot Day.  A librarian will give you a picture of Torbie somewhere in the library.  It's your job to tell us where he was!
  
  
• June 24-29 - Find the giant fish fossil in the library and tell a librarian where it is!
  
  
• July 1-6 - We have a visitor from outer space! Our new friend Asbjorn is hiding in the library.  Tell a librarian where you found him for your loot!
  
  
• July 8-13 - It's a Rock Fact! Correct the rock fact a librarian gives you for your prize - you can use any resources you can find.
  
  
• July 15-20 - We're gearing up for our Meet the Librarians posters, where you get to learn all about us!  But we'd like to learn about you this week.  Introduce yourself to any librarian and tell them your favorite band, song, rock, or book!
  
  
• July 22-27 - It's Shark Week! Take a tour of Youth Services to find out what kind of shark you are!
  
  
• July 29-August 3 - Last week of Summer Reading!  Find an item in the library with food in the title (For example, "James and the Giant Peach," "Green Eggs and Ham," etc) for your prize this week.
