Design a Bookmark

We've got all of the books, but we've run out of bookmarks!  Grab a bookmark sheet any time the library is open this month and create a work of art.  Winning bookmarks will be printed and available at the library for everyone to use.  All entries must be turned in to the Rock Springs Library by October 31.
